KIWI BANANA SMOOTHIE

KIWI BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed 

Blend all the ingredients for 30 to 45 seconds and you have a nutritious breakfast ready in less than 5 minutes. 

NOTE:


  • Preferably use frozen fruits. In that case, you do not have to add ice and your smoothie will be creamy and not watery.
