One of its kind this salad/side dish is a perfect add-on in your diet. Have it as a salad or enjoy it with any rich gravy dish or rice or lentils. The bold flavours of this salad will make your taste buds go oooolaaaalllaaaa!!!

I have used minimal ingredients  for the salad dressing  but each ingredient used is a powerhouse of nutrients. One of the key ingredients is apple cider Vinegar. It is known for numerous health benefits. To mention a few, it alkalizes our body, helps in detoxification, alleviate allergies and boost up the energy levels. Olive oil is rich in healthy fats which fight against bad cholesterol. Smoked paprika, this spice turns simple meals into standouts. 

I make this salad pretty much every day. It is important to refrigerate this salad for at least 4 hours or more before serving to boost up the flavour. You can also make this salad in bulk and relish it for up to 3 days. You can add your favourite veggies. For today, I am using the very basic and staple veggies onions, cucumber, tomatoes.



  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika 
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • Salt to taste (preferably Himalayan pink salt) 


  • In a large bowl toss everything together. Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or more before serving.
