Want to start your day with an energizer???
Grab a cup of this wholesome smoothie and you are good to go. It is filling and packed with protein, omega3s, fiber, antioxidants and potassium. Kickstart your day with this yummy healthy smoothie. The only sugar it has is from fruits and dates.
Over the past few years, I have been trying to make healthy changes in my diet and making healthy fruit blends is one of them. This is one of my favorite smoothie which I make quite often. I have it in breakfast and feel full till the lunch time.
Let's get started.
- 1 cup milk ( regular milk, almond milk, coconut milk)
- 2 Dates ( You can add less if you find it too sweet)
- 2 tablespoon Cacao or Cocoa Powder
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup oats
- Ice as per your preference
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend it until smooth and creamy. You might have to blend more as we are adding oats. Garnished with some raw cacao nibs or grated chocolate. Add more ice if you find it too thick. Enjoy!!!!
